ABOUT ME

I'MĀ ANNA

Ā

Mother. Headteacher. Business Owner. Author. Coach.

That's how I get introduced. It's the version of me that fits neatly on a name badge.

But like I said, I'm so much more than that. And so are you.

Being defined by what you do, rather than who you are, has a way of slowly shrinking you. It teaches you to perform. It teaches you to hide the parts of yourself that don't fit the role you've been handed.

I'm done with that. And I want the same for you.

Through my writing, speaking, coaching, and the REAL Leadership Programme, I work with people who know they have more in them and are finally ready to live it out loud.

If that resonates, you're in the right place.

MY STORY

Ā

I grew up in Stainton, just outside Middlesbrough.

I started my career in business. Then I made the leap into teaching, because I wanted work that genuinely changed lives.

What followed was almost two decades at the heart of education. Teacher. Deputy Head. Executive Headteacher. National Leader in Education by 2016.

Along the way, I built businesses, wrote a book, trained as an Executive Coach, and stood beside hundreds of leaders during the moments that defined them.

Every chapter has taught me something. Every challenge has sharpened me. Every leader I've coached has shown me how much potential sits quietly inside people who just need someone to believe in them.

But I've also seen the other side. Brilliant leaders dimming themselves. Doubting themselves. Burning out trying to lead the way they've been told they should.

I believe leadership can feel very different. Lighter. Stronger. More human. More yours.

That's why I built the REAL Leadership Programme. To take everything I've learned and pour it into the leaders who are ready to step into who they're really meant to be.

If that's you, I'd love to walk with you.
